Somehow I don’t think Teddy Roosevelt had snowmobiles in mind when he laid the cornerstone of Yellowstone’s entrance arch that bears the inscription “For the Benefit and Enjoyment of the People”. So kudos to the federal judge that shot down a plan to allow 500+ snowmobiles a day to rip roar around the park!
