Conservative kiosk shut down in mall
Neal Boortz posted this link on Twitter today and after reading it, I just had to post it. It’s about how a kiosk in a mall in North Carolina is being forced to shut down at the end of the month due to its selling of pro-conservative bumper stickers. Well heaven forbid that people actually get a CHOICE or better yet, any freedom of speech in this country anymore. I have read increasingly more articles lately that talk about how our freedom of speech, no matter what we are saying, is being trampled on big time right now, especially politically. If you don’t support Obama or liberalism, there are people/organizations out there who want to shut you up. Just like what is happening to this kiosk renter in the North Carolina mall. This goes against the very rights that we were given as citizens of this great nation.I think I will write the mall myself and give them a piece of my mind. Just to let the owner know that there are people out there who will fight for our rights of having freedom of speech.
“Nobody in that mall is selling anything from a conservative perspective. Plenty of people are selling things with a liberal perspective, with a pro-Obama perspective,” he said. “Given that we are in America and not North Korea, we probably should have some stuff on the other side.”
