Freezing in Florida
Last night, temperatures in Central Florida dropped below freezing for the third night in a row. I know you probably don’t feel sorry for us thin blooded people down here in the tropics, but there is some significance to this. This is the first time in 20 years that this area of Florida has had three straight nights of freezing temperatures. So does anybody want to discuss global warming now? Oh wait, Al Gore does!
Oh, excuse me… it’s winter time, I guess we are suppose to call it “climate change” now.

I still say I am hoping for Global Warming and rising seas since I happen to live in a hill in the center of the State of Florida… Can we say instant Ocean Front Property??? Must be the real estate investor in me…
